Stylish 6 BED/ 6 BATH home sleeps 12 with a private pool, a private game room that would rival an arcade, a loft theater, poker room, and access to a beautiful community clubhouse/pools. The home is located just 12 miles from Disney. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a furnished kitchen, TVs and beyond to ensure an at home feel. Equipped with a TV near the pool where the pool/spa can be heated at an additional cost, along with bathroom access steps from the pool.

This large 2 story, 6 bedroom private pool home with a private game room is located in Champions Gate Resort, a vacation home resort with a guarded gate, clubhouse with a community pool.

Swimming Pool
You will have access to not only the clubhouse pool but a private pool and spa (heated for an additional fee- send inquiry for pricing).
*Please Note* When pool/spa heat is requested by the guest on a reservation, the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to the guest check in date and runs for approximately 8 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and shut off in the evening. The pool temperature when heating is on ranges between 74 and 87 degrees depending on the outdoor weather. Please provide 48 hours notice for pool/spa heat services if you wish to have during your stay.

Enjoy access to 2 living areas that include sectional sofas, theater area, and flat screen TVs .

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer and microwave. You'll have access to coffee makers, various bakeware, flatware, utensils and dinnerware.

Enjoy a private game room located in the garage which includes several arcade games along with game a PS4 and Xbox game console

We supply a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soaps, laundry soaps, and paper towel as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap with the intent of getting you started. We do not have a large supply of these items in the home for guests as we cannot accurately determine a suitable amount that satisfies all guest sizes and durations of stay. Given that it can be humid we do not stock spices as they tend to be unfavorable after being stored for lengths of time.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 46 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
